Through art therapy with Straja I have learned a better, healthier way to deal with my angry feelings. The Art work facilitates a deeper insight into my angry feelings and the hurt, fear and pain that is behind the anger. Instead of trying to numb my anger or squash it down inside of me, I can feel the anger and express it through the art work. The creative process gives my angry man a voice in a safe and truly healing way. I have learned that angry feelings can be worked out through clay and various art forms and can be transformed into a treasure of insights."

"During the past school year, Tangus and Tumbra have volunteered their time with my classroom at Heartland Agency doing pet therapy with my students. ......Heartland Agency is an early intervention program for children with special needs, and having Tangus and Tumbra working with the children was an amazing experience. They would be so happy when they saw that "dog therapy" was on their picture schedule for the day. The children would rush thru their breakfast, put on their star necklaces and be ready to go upstairs to see their giant and gentle friends. That was what these amazing dogs were to these children, a friend that listened to their secrets, accepted them for who they are and gave them unconditional love. The children would spend a short amount of time learning to meditate and then spend quality time with Tangus and Tumbra. When they returned to the classroom, they were calm and ready to learn and face whatever the day had to bring. I would like to thank Tangus, Tumbra and Straja for their dedication to the students in my class, during their weekly visits. They truly enjoyed their time and experiences with you."
